The flush cover and carpet flange are ordered separately (HPW3SFBCGY). Accommodates up to 8 jacks by utilizing a 3-port FSL frame with 3 jacks in the rectangular plate, each adding at the mid-floor of the unit a Hubbell 2-port station box with 2 jacks.
