Modular jack assembly, 4 or 6-conductor with light ash plastic face plate and a screw terminal connecting block. May be used as a wall telephone jack or flush mounted jack. Includes two screw mounting studs which are required when the assembly is used as a wall telephone jack and two plastic hole plugs for use when the unit is used as a flush wall jack.
