The SCD01CFY is a surface-mount, optically isolated DC solid-state relay with a hermetic ceramic package, designed for 2A at 60Vdc load operation. It features a TTL and CMOS compatible 3.8V to 6Vdc input control, low ON resistance of 0.16 to 0.22 ohms at 25°C, and includes a built-in control status output for input circuit validation. The device offers optical isolation with 1000 Vac dielectric strength, operates from -55°C to +105°C, and meets MIL-PRF-28750 specifications. Turn-on and turn-off times are 1.5 ms and 0.25 ms, respectively. The part is the surface-mount variant of the CD01CFY series.
