The SC60-10A is a surface-mount, optically isolated solid-state relay in a 6-pin mini-DIP package, designed to switch bidirectional AC or DC loads up to 60 Vdc and 2.5 Adc. It features a power FET output with low on-resistance (0.07 to 0.28 Ω), negligible leakage current, and high isolation (1500 Vrms). The relay provides electrical isolation between control and load circuits, with a guaranteed turn-on time of 4.0 ms at 10 mA input current and a junction temperature rating of 125°C. Moisture sensitivity level is rated at 6, and the device supports high-side or low-side switching with floating output terminals.
