The RF131-12 is a non-latching SPDT RF relay designed for broadband switching from DC to 12 GHz with a 20 Gbps data rate, housed in a hermetically sealed, metal-enclosed through-hole package weighing 3.7 g. It operates with a 12 Vdc nominal coil voltage and consumes 315 mW typical power. The relay features a 50Ω transmission line, high isolation between signal and control paths, ESD resilience, and supports 2,000,000 switching cycles at low level. It withstands operating temperatures from -55°C to +85°C, vibration up to 10 g, and shock up to 30 g. The relay has a dielectric strength of 350 V rms and an insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ minimum. Lead finish is gold-plated unless otherwise specified.
