The GRF131-12 is a surface-mount, SPDT non-latching RF relay designed for operation up to 18 GHz with 40 Gbps signal integrity. It features a hermetically sealed metal enclosure for EMI shielding, gold-plated contacts for reliable switching, and operates on a nominal 12 Vdc coil voltage with a coil resistance of 460 ohms ±20%. The relay consumes 315 mW typical power, has a switching time of 10 ms maximum, and offers 2,000,000 cycles typical life at low level. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, withstands 30 g shock and 10 g vibration, and meets RoHS compliance. The unit weighs 4.0 g and has dimensions of 11.05 mm maximum length and 12.83 mm maximum width.
