The C46F-20 is a bi-directional AC/DC solid-state relay in a 14-pin DIP package, designed for low-level switching applications with virtually no offset voltage. It handles up to 0.75 A load current and supports output voltages up to ±90 Vdc. The device features optical isolation between input and output, with a dielectric strength of 1500 Vac and an input control voltage range of 3.8 to 32 Vdc. On-resistance is specified at 0.7 ohms, with a turn-on time of 5 ms and turn-off time of 1.0 ms. Leakage current at rated voltage is 1.0 mA, and output capacitance is 350 pF.
