To Use: Just mark the pre-heated surface with the crayon at the point where measurement is desired. An immediate color change indicates the measurement surface is higher than the crayon rating. A color change within 1-2 seconds means the temperature is within +/- 5°C of its rating. Color change after two seconds indicates the surface temperature is below the crayon rating.
