Technic, Inc. Aqueous Ultrasonic Cleaning

Description
Highly efficient piezoelectric transducers attached to tank bottom. Precision welded, type 316L bright annealed stainless steel construction. All stainless steel connections. Adjustable, thermostatically controlled heaters maintain cleaning solution temperature for maximum effectiveness. Self-Contained Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems Ultrasonic cleaning systems use ultrasonic energy to produce cavitation, a formation and collapse of vacuum bubbles, in a liquid. The agitation of countless small, intensely collapsing bubbles produces a highly effective scrubbing of both exposed and wetted hidden surfaces. The use of ultrasonics results in higher quality and more consistent cleaning, leading to greater productivity. Technic's self-contained ultrasonic cleaning systems are provided with sweep frequencies of either 25 kHz or 40 kHz. The 25 kHz systems are preferred for cleaning large, heavy parts, such as castings and similar massive work loads and difficult, hard to clean materials such as buffing compounds. The 40 kHz systems, which provide the advantage of low operating noise and faster degassing, are recommended for delicate assemblies, including finished jewelry, printed circuit boards and small electronic parts. Please specify the desired frequency when ordering. Options All units are available with input/output ports from remote control ($--- additional). Mounting flanges for benchtop installation and covers to reduce fluid evaporation are also available. Models are available without heat. Stainless Steel is available when indicated for an additional $---. Please contact the Sales Department for our most current pricing. Chrome plated bottoms are recommended on all 25kHz tanks.
