TMS-SCE-1/4-2.0-4 is a military-grade heat shrinkable wire identification sleeve designed for high-performance applications. It is made from durable, flame-retardant, radiation-crosslinked heat-shrinkable polyolefin, ensuring it meets the stringent requirements of SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 class 1. The sleeve provides permanent identification that remains legible under exposure to abrasion, aggressive solvents, and military fuels and oils. This product features a 2:1 shrink ratio, offering a thick, rugged sleeve wall that is easy to handle. It is suitable for a wide range of wire diameters, simplifying inventory management. The sleeves are designed for printing with computer-driven dot matrix or thermal transfer printers, which reduces errors and cycle time. They are supplied in a ladder format for easy feeding into compatible printers. The operating temperature range for this product is from -55°C to +135°C (-67°F to +275°F), with a minimum recovery temperature of +85°C (+185°F). It is CSA certified and UL recognized, meeting various industry standards for safety and performance.
