The LEV200 series is a hermetically sealed high-voltage DC contactor with a 1 Form X (SPST-NO-DM) power contact arrangement, rated for 12 to 900 VDC and continuous current up to 500 A at 65°C. It supports 2000 A interruption at 320 VDC and has a mechanical life of 1 million cycles. The contactor is available in bottom or side mounting configurations with male M8 threaded terminals. It includes an auxiliary 1 Form A (SPST-NO) contact rated for 2 A at 30 VDC or 3 A at 125 VAC. Operating ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, with a typical weight of 1.3 lb (.60 kg). The device is RoHS compliant and meets dielectric withstanding voltage of 2200 Vrms at sea level and insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 500 VDC. The LEV200B5ANF variant has a 28 Vdc coil, bottom mount, and stud terminals.
