The Series 29 200A single-pole power relay is designed for high-current applications in severe environments, featuring a sealed housing meeting IP67 and IP6K9K standards, 200A continuous current rating, and 6g shock and 4g vibration resistance. It is available in multiple mounting styles including standard side, short form side, bottom, and long form side mounting, with M8 bolt terminals and torque specifications of 12-13 Nm. The relay supports coil voltages from 12VDC to 80VDC, with a nominal 28VDC version having a voltage range of 18-32VDC and coil power of approximately 10W. Contact voltage ratings include 24VDC, with resistive load switching up to 200A and mechanical life of 2,000,000 cycles. Auxiliary contacts and magnetic blowouts are optional for enhanced performance at higher voltages.
