The KISSLING Series 29/500A is a single-pole power relay designed for high-current applications in commercial and industrial vehicles, featuring a 500A continuous current rating, IP67 and IP6K9K sealing, and a compact chassis-mount design. It measures 140.5 mm in length, 94 mm in width, and 76.5 mm in height, with M12 male main terminals and M4 screw terminals for coil and auxiliary connections. The relay operates at 28VDC coil voltage with a nominal coil power of 22W and coil resistance of 36Ω, and supports resistive loads up to 500A at 28VDC. It withstands -40°C to +85°C operating temperatures, 6g shock, and 4g vibration, with a dielectric strength of 1050VAC for 1 minute. The contacts are silver alloy, with a maximum initial contact voltage drop of 150mV, and mechanical life of 2,000,000 cycles. Suppression diodes and auxiliary contacts are optional, and magnetic blowouts are recommended for voltages over 40VDC.
