The Series 29 120A is a single-pole, single-coil power relay designed for high-current switching in heavy-duty transportation and industrial applications. It features an IP67 and IP6K9K sealed housing, 6g shock and 4g vibration resistance, and a continuous contact current rating of 120A at 24VDC with a 100% duty cycle. The relay uses silver alloy contacts and supports magnetic blow-out magnets for voltages above 40VDC. Mounting is available in standard side, short form side, long form side, and bottom configurations, with M8 bolt terminals. Coil voltage range is 18-32VDC for the 24/28VDC nominal variant, with a coil resistance of 80Ω ±10% and approximate coil current of 0.35A. Maximum contact drop is 150mV initial, and mechanical life is 2,000,000 cycles. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
