The KISSLING Series 29 300A single pole power relay is designed for high-current switching in harsh environments, featuring an IP67 and IP6K9K sealed housing for protection against dust and high-pressure steam cleaning. It supports a continuous contact current of 300A with voltage ratings up to 80VDC, using a 48VDC coil with a nominal voltage of 48V, a coil resistance of 245Ω ±10%, and a coil current of approximately 0.20A. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, withstands 6g shock and 4g vibration, and has a mechanical life of 2 million cycles. Mounting options include standard, short, long, and bottom configurations, with optional auxiliary contacts and magnetic blowouts for inductive loads. Initial contact voltage drop is ≤150mV, increasing to ≤175mV after life testing.
