The Series 29 300A relay is a single-pole power relay designed for high-current applications in commercial and transportation environments, featuring a sealed housing compliant with IP67 and IP6K9K standards. It is mounted via chassis or side-mount brackets and supports continuous contact current of 300A at up to 80VDC. The relay offers a 28VDC coil option with a nominal coil power of 10W and resistance of 62Ω ±10%, operate time of 40ms max, and release time of 20ms max. Contacts are silver alloy, with a maximum initial contact voltage drop of 150mV and dielectric strength of 1050VAC for 1 minute. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with 6g shock and 4g vibration resistance. Auxiliary contacts and magnetic blowouts are available as options, but not for bottom mounting or changeover configurations.
