TE Connectivity Solid State Relays JDS9-1W

The JDS9-1W is a solid state relay for AC switching, rated for 2 A continuous load at 250 Vrms with a zero-voltage turn-on feature. It is hermetically sealed with thick film hybrid construction and optically isolated input/output. The device operates with a 3.8 to 32 Vdc input range, requiring 3.8 Vdc to turn on and 1.5 Vdc to turn off. It supports input voltages down to -32 Vdc reverse protection and offers 1500 Vrms I/O isolation. The output can withstand up to 500 Vpk transient voltage and operates within 40 to 440 Hz frequency. Thermal resistance is 65°C/W junction-to-ambient and 15°C/W junction-to-case. It is qualified to MIL-R-28750/9 W level for general purpose applications. The product is mounted with terminal spacing of 2.54 mm and has an overall footprint of 17.7 mm by 12.4 mm. Operating ambient temperature ranges from -55°C to +110°C.
