The AXISENSE-2 MEMS-Series tilt sensor dualaxis is mainly developed with focus on platformleveling, dynamic engine management, tip-overprotection and tilt alarm.
A fast response time and good accuracy makes thisdevice the ideal choice for mobile levelingapplications
. It features digital signal processingincluding temperature compensation.
The integrated filter improves performance andallows using the sensor in many noisy environments(e.g. vibrations).
The tilt sensor includes a powerful digital signalprocessing that offers various filter algorithms andallows customer specific OEM solutions. It is possibleto adjust the sensor to different environments yieldingan optimized performance. Customization can alsobe made in terms of angular range and connectivity,i.e. cable and connector.
The PA6.6 housing is very compact in size and hascompression limiter bushings for safe installation ofthe sensor. It is compatible with oil, grease and fuelalso. Therefore it is frequently used for engine andvehicle applications.
