The FCB-405 series is a hermetically sealed, polarized 4PDT relay with a 5-amp contact rating, designed for low-level switching and high reliability in demanding environments. It features a permanent magnet drive, all-welded construction, and operates with a 6 ms or less operate and release time at nominal voltage. The relay is qualified to M83536/5 and /6 standards, with a temperature rating of -70°C to +125°C and a maximum altitude of 300,000 feet. The B terminal code specifies solder pin terminals with tin/lead plating, and the Y enclosure denotes a flanged, open design. Maximum weight is 0.93 ounces (26.4 grams), and contact resistance is maintained at 100 ohms max under low-level switching conditions.
