The ETVS4 series is a hermetically sealed, 4-pole double-throw relay designed for DC control applications in rail and aerospace environments, featuring a balanced force design for extended contact life and a compact 20.6 mm × 20.6 mm × 16.3 mm footprint. It is rated for operation from -70°C to +125°C, with a maximum contact voltage drop of 150 mV initially and 175 mV after guaranteed life, and a maximum leakage current of 100 μA RMS under Mounting Code 5. The relay supports multiple coil voltages, with the E variant rated for 28 VDC nominal, and provides up to 500,000 mechanical cycles. Hermetic sealing meets a leakage rate of 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s, and dielectric strength is 1,050 V RMS across all points initially. Internal voltage suppression is included in the ETVS4 variant.
