The ES410 is a hermetically sealed, 4-form C (4PDT) electromechanical relay qualified to MIL-PRF-83536 for use in severe environments such as aerospace, rail, and ground vehicles. It has a square body measuring 26.0 mm x 26.0 mm x 25.7 mm and operates from -70°C to +125°C. The part features a 28 Vdc coil with a resistance of 260 Ω at +25°C, and contacts rated for switching up to 115/200 Vac at 2.5 A for resistive loads and 2 A for motor loads. The terminal style is gold-plated (BG), and it includes internal voltage suppression. The relay has a mechanical life of up to 400,000 cycles, an operate time of 15 ms max, and a dielectric strength of 1,250 Vrms initial between contacts and case. Contact bounce is 1 ms max, and insulation resistance is 100 MΩ min at 500 Vdc after life tests.
