The ES325 relay is a hermetically sealed, 3PDT electromagnetic relay rated for 25 A switching current, designed for severe environmental conditions in rail, aerospace, and ground vehicle applications. It features a balanced force design for extended contact life, operates with a 28 Vdc coil, and has a mounting size of 26.0 x 26.0 x 25.7 mm. The relay meets MIL-PRF-83536 standards, supports a temperature range of -70°C to +125°C, and includes internal voltage suppression. Contact voltage drop is 150 mV max initially and 175 mV max after life testing. Operate time is 15 ms max, with a mechanical life of up to 400,000 cycles. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ min initially and 50 MΩ min after life testing. Dielectric strength is 1,000 Vrms coil to case. The terminal plating is gold, and the enclosure is sealed to 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s.
