The E410 is a hermetically sealed 4PDT electromagnetic relay rated for 10 A switching current, designed for severe environments in aerospace, rail, and ground vehicle applications. It measures 26.0 x 26.0 x 25.7 mm and operates from -70°C to +125°C. The relay meets MIL-PRF-83536 requirements, with a maximum operate time of 15 ms and release time of 15 ms at +25°C, excluding the EA410 variant. Contact bounce is limited to 1 ms, and mechanical life reaches up to 400,000 cycles. The E410J variant features a 110 Vdc coil with a resistance of 5000 Ω ±10% at +25°C. Insulation resistance is 50 MΩ minimum after life testing, and dielectric strength is 1250 Vrms initial between open contacts. The product has a hermetic seal of 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s and is certified to withstand 30g vibration and 200g shock on all mounting codes except Type 3.
