The E325 relay is a hermetically sealed, 3PDT electromagnetic relay rated for 25 A switching, designed for severe environmental applications in rail, aerospace, and ground vehicles. It measures 26.0 x 26.0 x 25.7 mm and weighs 82 to 95.6 grams depending on mounting style. The relay operates from -70°C to +125°C, withstands shock up to 200g and vibration up to 30g, and meets MIL-PRF-83536 standards. Contact voltage drop is 150 mV max initially and 175 mV max after life testing. Operate time is 15 ms max for standard versions. The terminal plating is gold, and insulation resistance is 100 MΩ min initially. Coil voltage options include 28 Vdc with 290 Ω resistance, and contact ratings cover resistive, inductive, and motor loads at 115/200 Vac and 28 Vdc.
