The E125 relay is a hermetically sealed 1PDT electromechanical relay rated for 25 A switching, designed for severe environmental applications in rail, aerospace, and ground vehicle systems. It has a dimensions of 1.025" x 0.525" x 1.010" and operates across a temperature range of -70°C to +125°C. The relay meets MIL-PRF-83536 qualification for shock (200g, 6 ms) and vibration (30g, 10-3000 Hz). The E125E2HD variant uses a DC coil with 28 V nominal voltage and a coil resistance of 320 Ω ±10% at +25°C, and features a tin-plated terminal (Terminal H). Its contacts are rated for resistive, inductive, motor, and lamp loads up to 28 VDC and 115 VAC, 400 Hz. The relay has a mechanical life of up to 400,000 cycles and a hermetic seal of 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s.
