The E110 relay is a hermetically sealed 1PDT electromechanical relay rated for 10 A switching, designed for severe environment applications in rail, aerospace, and ground vehicles. It measures 20.6 mm x 10.4 mm x 16.3 mm and weighs 17 grams. The relay operates from -70°C to +125°C, withstands 30g vibration and up to 200g shock, and meets MIL-PRF-83536 standards. Coil voltage for the B code variant is 12 Vdc with a coil resistance of 90 Ω ±10% at +25°C. The 3 mounting code indicates a 100g, 6 ms shock rating, and the H terminal code denotes a tin-plated terminal. Contact switching performance includes a 150 mV initial voltage drop at rated resistive load and 1,000 V rms dielectric strength at sea level. Mechanical life exceeds 400,000 cycles.
