TE Connectivity Heat Shrink Tubing DWFR-32/8-0-STK

The Raychem DWFR heat-shrink tubing from TE Connectivity is a dual wall, highly flame-retardant product with a UL VW-1 rating. It features a polyolefin outer jacket and a thermoplastic adhesive inner wall, providing insulation and environmental sealing for electrical connections. The tubing has a high shrink ratio of 3:1 or 4:1, allowing it to accommodate various substrates with fewer sizes needed. It is designed for applications in household appliances, automotive, commercial electronics, consumer products, and industrial equipment. The tubing offers excellent electrical insulation and mechanical protection, with a medium wall thickness that resists abrasion and bending. It can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -40¬8C to 110¬8C (-40¬8F to 230¬8F) and has a minimum shrink temperature of 60¬8C (140¬8F). The adhesive liner ensures a moisture-resistant seal, making it suitable for sealing connector-to-cable transitions and repairing damaged cable jackets. The product is available in black and comes in standard packaging of cut pieces measuring 1.2m (4ft) long.
