The LEV100H is a hermetically sealed contactor designed for high-voltage DC switching up to 1000Vdc and continuous current ratings of 100A or 150A depending on conductor size, with an integrated SPST-NO auxiliary contact. It operates with 12V, 24V, or 48Vdc coils and is available in side or bottom mount configurations. The device has a nominal weight of 0.190 kg, operates from -40°C to +85°C, and meets UL 508 recognition with a dielectric withstand voltage of up to 5600Vrms between open contacts. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 100MΩ at 500Vdc when new. Auxiliary contact ratings are specified for 3A at 125Vac or 24Vdc and 100mA at 10Vdc. Wire options include 15kV-rated leads or 1kV-rated leads, depending on configuration.
