The FC-325 series from TE Connectivity consists of hermetically sealed, non-latching, 25-amp relays with a 3PST/NO double make/break contact design and an all-welded enclosure, designed for harsh inductive, motor, and lamp load applications in aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The relay has a 1.5-inch cube enclosure, weighs 0.452 lbs, and operates from -70°C to +125°C with an altitude rating of 80,000 feet. It is qualified to MS27418 specifications, features a dielectric strength of 1250 Vrms (coil to case) and 1500 Vrms (all other points) at sea level, and supports 28 Vdc or 115 Vac coils with solder hook or terminal block terminations. Operate and release times are 20 ms and 10 ms max for DC, respectively, with a contact bounce time of 2 ms max.
