The HF3 S relay is a small electromechanical RF signal relay designed for high-frequency signal transmission up to 3 GHz with 50 Ω or 75 Ω impedance matching. It features a 1 form C contact arrangement, supports switching voltages up to 220 VDC and 250 VAC, and carries a continuous current rating of 2 A. The relay operates with coil voltages from 3 to 24 VDC and consumes 140 mW maximum. It has a compact surface-mount package measuring 15 × 7.6 × 10.6 mm and weighs no more than 3 g. It meets EU RoHS, China RoHS, REACH, and industrial environmental protection standards, with thermal resistance under 165 K/W and operating temperatures from -55 °C to +85 °C.
