The Series 29 300A single pole power relay is designed for high-current switching in severe environments, with a continuous current rating of 300A and 100% duty cycle operation. It features an IP67 and IP6K9K sealed housing, 6g shock and 4g vibration resistance, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The relay has a 10W coil power rating across all voltage variants and uses silver alloy contacts with a maximum initial contact voltage drop of 150mV. Magnetic blowouts are included for applications above 40VDC, and the mounting style is standard side mounting with auxiliary contacts. Mechanically, it supports 2 million cycles and 200,000 electrical cycles at 12VDC resistive load. It is suitable for truck, bus, and heavy equipment applications.
