154N Compensated

The 154N compensated is a 19 mm small profile, mediacompatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a316L stainless steel housing. The 154N compensated isdesigned for O-ring mounting and OEM applications wherecompatibility with corrosive media is required.

The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transferpressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensingelement. A ceramic substrate is attached to the package thatcontains laser-trimmed resistors for temperature compensationand offset correction. An additional laser-trimmed resistor isincluded which can be used to adjust an external differentialamplifier and provide span interchangeability to within +/-1%.
