The ZMS100-12 is a single-output AC-DC power supply delivering 12V at up to 8.4A (100.8W) with forced-air cooling or 6.7A (80.4W) via convection. It has a compact 50.8 x 101.6 x 31.9 mm footprint and operates from 85 to 264VAC input. The unit features 2 x MoPP isolation, medical approvals for B and BF type equipment, and meets IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1, 60950-1, and 60601-1 standards. It complies with EN55011/EN55032 Class B conducted and Class A radiated EMI limits, has a hold-up time of 16ms at 115Vac with 100W load, and maintains efficiency up to 90%. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C with linear derating above 50°C. Input and output connectivity uses Molex connectors, and it includes overcurrent hiccup and overvoltage latching protection with a 3-year warranty.

The ZMS100 is suitable for both Class I and Class II (no ground) applications and is available with 12V to 48V outputs. Both IEC 62368-1 and medical 60601-1 certifications have been granted.
