The Z+ Low Voltage Series is a compact programmable power supply offering constant voltage and constant current modes with a 2U height for bench or rack mounting. The Z36-12-LAN-U model provides 0-36V output voltage and 0-12A output current, featuring built-in USB, RS-232, and RS-485 interfaces with optional LAN compliance with LXI Class C. It accepts an 85-265Vac input, has a maximum ripple and noise of 50mV at 5Hz-1MHz and 50mV at 20MHz bandwidth, and achieves 83% to 85% efficiency. The unit uses a standard 70mm wide metal case with dimensions 70 x 83 x 350mm and includes front panel output jacks. It meets IEC/UL/CSA/EN61010-1
Programmable power supplies (CVCC variable DC power supplies, DC power supplies) are power supplies that can be operated in constant voltage (CV) mode or in constant current (CC) mode automatically depending on load conditions within the range of voltage values and current values that have been set ahead of time.
