The SESUB-PAN-D14580 is a Bluetooth® V4.1 Smart (Low Energy) single mode module designed for compact applications, measuring 3.5 x 3.5 x 1.0 mm. It features a 36-pin solder bumped BGA package with a 0.5 mm pitch, making it suitable for space-constrained devices such as wearables. The module integrates an ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit microcontroller, 32 kB of OTP programmable memory, 84 kB of ROM for the Bluetooth stack, and 42 kB of system SRAM. This module operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and has a typical transmitter output power of 0 dBm, with a receiver sensitivity of -94 dBm. It supports various host interfaces including UART, SPI, and I2C, and offers peripheral interfaces such as a 10-bit ADC and configurable GPIOs. Current consumption is rated at 5.0 mA during transmission, 5.4 mA during reception, and as low as 0.8 µA in deep sleep mode.
