The QS5000K7 is a 1080W single-output AC-DC power supply from the QS series, designed for medical and industrial applications with BF-ready medical isolation (MOPP) and PMBus™ communication support. It delivers 12V at up to 90A with a maximum ripple and noise of 4% and a transient recovery of 30ms for a 1-100% load change. The unit features a 90-264Vac input range, up to 91% efficiency, 10ms minimum hold-up, and operates from -20°C to 70°C with derating above 50°C. It includes output good and inhibit signals, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, and supports remote sensing. The package uses screw terminals for input and output connections with F-type variable speed forward air cooling. It complies with IEC/EN 62368-1, IEC/EN 60601-1, and EN61000-6-3 Class B emissions, and meets the LVD, EMC, and RoHS directives.
