The QS5000BW is a 1200W, 48V DC output AC-DC power supply in the QS series, designed for medical and industrial applications with BF-ready medical isolation (MOPP) and PMBus™ communication capability. It operates from 90-264Vac input, achieves up to 91% efficiency at 240Vac and 50% load, and provides a 10ms minimum holdup at maximum output. The unit features output good and inhibit signals, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, and is rated for -20°C to 70°C operation with derating above 50°C. It complies with IEC/EN 62368-1, IEC/EN 60601-1, and EN61000-6-3 Class B emissions standards, and meets EN61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD immunity. The package uses screw terminal inputs and outputs with F-type variable speed cooling, and includes dual AC fuses with 300µA leakage current.
