The PXG-M20-48WD15 is a 20W, dual-output DC-DC converter with ±15V outputs, designed for medical and industrial applications. It operates from an 18-75Vdc input in a compact 40.6 x 25.4 x 10.2mm (1.6 x 1 x 0.4 inch) non-conductive black plastic case. The unit provides 5kV input-to-output isolation with 2x MOPP certification, complies with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards, and meets EN55032-A conducted and radiated EMI limits without external components. It features 89% efficiency, a maximum no-load input current of 9mA, a 2.5μA touch current limit, and operates from -40°C to +105°C with forced air or convection cooling. Overcurrent protection operates in hiccup mode, and overvoltage is clamped by zener diodes. The case temperature must be confirmed in the end system, with a maximum rating of 105°C.

Operation from 12V and 24V, or 24V and 48V nominal inputs reduces inventory carrying costs and improves part availability.
