MRF10031 is a microwave power silicon NPN transistor designed for 960-1215 MHz common base amplifier applications such as JTIDS and Mode-S transmitters. It delivers 30W peak output power at 36Vdc with a minimum gain of 9.0dB and is hermetically sealed in an industry-standard CASE 332A-03, STYLE 2 package. The device features internal input matching, silicon nitride passivation, gold metallization, and emitter ballasting for reliability. It is 100% tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with a 10:1 VSWR.
