The iCF12005A007V-007-R is a 3A non-isolated SMT point-of-load DC-DC converter in a 12.2 mm × 12.2 mm × 4.45 mm LGA or EPC footprint, compatible with DOSA standards. It accepts a 4.5 V to 14 V input and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.7 V to 5.5 V with ±3% tolerance and up to 93.5% efficiency. The converter operates at 600 kHz switching frequency, features remote on/off, remote sense, and power good signaling, and includes hiccup-type overcurrent protection. It meets IEC/UL/CSA/EN62368-1
