The iCF series is a 3A non-isolated SMT point-of-load DC-DC converter with a DOSA-compatible footprint, available in LGA or EPC format. It operates from a 4.5 V to 14 V input and delivers an adjustable output voltage from 0.7 V to 5.5 V with ±3% tolerance and efficiency between 85% and 93.5% for outputs from 1.2 V to 5 V. The switching frequency is 600 kHz, with output ripple and noise of 15 mVpp. It includes remote on/off, remote sense, and power good signal features. The device measures 12.2 mm × 12.2 mm × 4.45 mm and weighs 1.5 g. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 115°C, with storage from -55°C to 125°C. It meets IEC/UL/CSA/EN62368-1
