This product is a pressure-sensitive tape made from skived PTFE film with a silicone adhesive, designed for high-temperature applications. It features a backing thickness of 0.003 inches and an adhesive thickness of 0.003 inches. The tape exhibits a tensile strength of 18 lb/in and an elongation of 300%. It has a dielectric strength of 11,000 volts and can operate at temperatures up to 500¬8F. The tape is UL recognized (File no. E179854) and meets government specifications MIL-I-23594C, Type 1. It is suitable for electrical applications such as coil wraps, separators, and harness wrapping, as well as mechanical applications requiring a low friction or non-stick surface.
