Tanis produces this stapled set strip brush by securing one row of level black nylon filament to rigid 90° PVC backing. The integrated Profile makes installation easy for applications requiring a 90° angle configuration.
This brush is available in six standard versions using three different trim lengths, two overall lengths and three diameters of level black nylon. We also manufacture this brush using horse hair filament with three trim lengths and two overall lengths.
Common applications of this brush include sealing, shielding, guiding and cleaning. Stapled set strip brushes are used for cable management seals for data server towers and cabinets, cleaning conveyor belts and chains, mist control shields around spraying equipment, and weather stripping seals around overhead door enclosures.
