Our Stainless Steel Strip brushes are manufactured by securing densely packed stainless steel fill into a #7 (.310" w x .340" h) stainless steel backing. Stainless steel filament is extremely tough, ductile and excellent for corrosion resistance.
We have 40 standard brushes with three different filament diameters, five trim lengths and one-to-eight feet in overall length. Other overall trims, overall lengths and fill materials are available upon request and our engineers can help recommend or design the right brush for your special application.
Stainless Steel Strip brushes with stainless steel filament are corrosion resistant and are ideal for cleaning and deburring applications in environments where high humidity and moisture are present. These brushes can be used in applications with continuous operating temperatures up to 600°.
