The CeramiX™ Abrasive Wheel brush is an exclusive product offering from Tanis. This product line contains a proprietary 3M™ abrasive grain mineral which is a tough, hard and self-sharpening abrasive grain with a crystalline structure that increases the life of the product. This brush offers many superior benefits including enhanced cutting action, increased throughput and uniform distribution of abrasive grain, providing a consistent finish, all while maintaining comparable brush life to traditional nylon filaments. We offer over 50 standard CeramiX™ Abrasive Wheel brushes with various specifications to meet any of your application needs. We also have wheel brush adapters for mounting Abrasive Wheel brushes onto smaller shafts, which are sold separately. Abrasive Wheel Brushes are used for deburring, part finishing and sharpening, edge radiusing on part, surface finishing and light cleaning and polishing for ferrous and non-ferrous parts. They consistently have a longer brush life and less filament breakage compared to wire brushes.
