Our Copper Center Non-Metallic Wheel brushes are manufactured similar to our Crimped Wire Wheel brushes using a copper tube with filaments secured by a punch press and a washer. These brushes are machined with a fixed or adaptable arbor hole to fit your spindle as well as balance the wheels to prevent vibration. We have 11 standard Non-Metallic Wheel brushes available with crimped nylon, horse hair or tampico filaments. Nylon is often recommended for wet applications and polishing, while tampico is most commonly used in wet and dry cleaning applications. These small diameter and high-speed wheels are the prefect brushes for cleaning and polishing hard-to-reach areas and are compatible with soft or scratch susceptible surfaces. Suggested applications include polishing, smoothing and finish treating.
