The TSM043NH04CR is a 40V N-channel MOSFET in a PDFN56U package designed for DC-DC converters, motor drivers, and load switches. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 54A at 25°C and 54A at 100°C, with an on-resistance of 4.3mΩ at V_{GS}=10V and 5.2mΩ at V_{GS}=7V. The device supports a junction temperature up to 175°C, has a thermal resistance of 1.5°C/W from junction to case, and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. It is tested for 100% unclamped inductive switching and features wettable flank leads for enhanced AOI.
