The 450 Series heavy duty power relay is a SPST-NC-DB (Form Y) relay designed for DIN rail and panel mounting, with a 48VDC coil, 40A contact rating at 28VDC, and a Class F (155°C) insulation system. It has a mechanical life of 10,000,000 cycles and an electrical life of 100,000 cycles. The relay features a silver tin oxide contact material, 20ms operate time, and 15ms release time. It meets UL 508 and UL 60947-1 standards and is UL/CUL listed and recognized. Weight ranges from 227 to 311 g. Optional features such as a protective cover, LED indicator, or auxiliary switch are available but not included in this variant. The relay uses standard screw terminals and is compatible with 80% to 110% of rated coil voltage.
