The 450 series heavy duty power relay is a DPST (2 Form A) relay designed for switching applications up to 40 amps at 277 VAC or 28 VDC, with a 24 VAC coil. It features a Class F (155°C) insulation system, mechanical life of 10,000,000 cycles, and electrical life of 100,000 cycles. The relay supports DIN rail and panel mounting, with a weight of 227-311 g. Contact material is AgSnO₂, and it meets UL 508 and UL 60947-1 standards. The dielectric strength is 2200 VAC between coil and contact and between poles, and 1500 VAC between contacts. Operate time is 20 ms, release time is 15 ms. The relay includes standard screw terminals and is rated for ambient temperatures up to 70°C with AC coils. It is UL/CUL listed and recognized.
