The VNQ830-E is a quad high-side driver designed for driving multiple loads with one side connected to ground. It features a low on-resistance of 60 m,Ѷ per channel and can handle output currents up to 6A, with a maximum supply voltage of 36V. The device incorporates several protection mechanisms, including active current limitation, thermal shutdown, and automatic restart to safeguard against overload conditions. It also provides open load detection in both on and off states, shorted load protection, and undervoltage/overvoltage shutdown capabilities. The VNQ830-E is compatible with CMOS inputs and has very low standby current, making it suitable for various applications requiring efficient power management. The device is housed in a SO-28 package and is compliant with the 2002/95/EC European Directive.
